At the junction of New Bridge Street West and Market Street can be found further examples of the 1960s brutalist architecture that was originally intended to form part of Newcastle city centre's multi level future.

Now lying derelict and decaying immediately adjacent to the A167 Central Motorway, there appears little hope for their prospects other than to form part of a collection of citywide monuments to a master plan unfulfilled.
